Year One enjoyed learning about arrays in maths today and how they are made up of rows and columns. We made some arrays of our own using counters and used our knowledge of counting in 2s, 5s and 10s to find the total amount.

In English, nurture have been reading and watching the animation of Zog. Yesterday, we worked on sequencing the story in the correct order. Today, the children followed a set of oral instructions, which included actions like standing on one foot, touching a beanbag, and standing on the play mat. They did an excellent job following the instructions and had lots of fun in the process.
